All comfelie.com standard shipping rates and policies apply to deliveries to the US, Canada, Australia, UK and EU - including free shipping on qualified orders. For deliveries to other countries, please contact our customer service team before ordering.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

The delivery time of your order consists of two parts:

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Shipping time: UK/EU: €3.99 – for orders under $60, delivery time is 6-8 working days

Property, Conditions and Risks

We ship orders within 2-3 business days EXCEPT for pre-orders. Please make sure your address details are correct as we are unable to forward the package once it has been shipped. It is your responsibility to verify the details.

Notes:

1.Express shipping is not available for PO Boxes and APO/FPO.

2.Shipping time does not include the 1-3 days processing time after receiving the order. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance or other circumstances.

3.Customs fees must be borne by the customer.

Track orders and shipping

After shipping you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

You can check the status of your order at any time via the online tracking page. Orders that have already been shipped (you have a tracking number or the status is "completed") cannot be canceled.
