Cancel order

We accept order cancellations as long as the product has not been shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once the products have been shipped. We will process your request within 2 business days.

Our products have a warranty period of 30 days, calculated from the day of delivery.

If you encounter any problems or defects during use, please contact us at support@comfelie.de. Please allow up to 48 hours on working days for us to respond to your request.

We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our products. If you want to return or exchange a product due to quality problems, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Can I return items if they are worn, damaged or without tags?

  • Non-returnable items: Underwear. Refunds are not possible if the original tags or packaging have been damaged.
  • Items marked “non-returnable” and free gifts cannot be returned.

2.Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns on products that have been worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.

4.Please check your return carefully before sending it. We will not be responsible for the return of non-COMFELIE products.

5.You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

6.We do not accept returns that were sent without a prior return request.

exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. Please send us an email to support@comfelie.de.

Would you like to exchange your item for a different size or color? Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The exchange process must be completed within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the shipping costs for return and reshipment. Send us an email to support@comfelie.de to start the exchange.

How to return a product

If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow these steps:

1) Please contact our support center first as we only accept authorized returns.

2) Send us your order number, order date and a brief explanation why you are requesting a refund.

3) COMFELIE will notify you by email whether your return request has been approved.

4) After receiving our return instructions, please send the items in their original packaging to the address provided by our customer service. You are responsible for all shipping fees. We recommend insuring the shipment to cover any loss or damage during transit.

5) Write the order number clearly on the outside of the package.

6) Once approved, you have 30 days to return your product.

7) Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your package.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. In this email, we will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us at support@comfelie.de.

In certain cases we may only be able to provide a partial refund: (if applicable):

* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts due to no fault of ours.

* Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a voucher in the mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver, we will refund the amount to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
